Common questions

Good to know

Is the site survey really free?

Yes. We visit your premises, check every device location and design the system, then send you a clear proposal. There’s no charge and no obligation.

Will installation disrupt my business?

Most installs are completed in a single day. We can work out of hours or overnight at no extra cost, as long as a member of your staff is on site.

How does payment work?

We take a 50% deposit when you accept your proposal, which secures your installation date and equipment. The balance is due within 7 days of handover. We’re not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.

What happens if something breaks?

With Hardware Care+, we replace any supported device that fails with a like-for-like device, free of charge, and aim to respond the same day to critical issues, 364 days a year.

Can you work with my existing equipment?

Often, yes. Routers and links from your broadband or fuel-system provider can usually be relocated into your new cabinet and reconnected neatly.

Ready to get your site sorted?

Tell us what’s not working and we’ll arrange a free site survey, usually within a week. You’ll get a clear proposal with no obligation.
